To expand the understanding of Users to take advantage of the convenient access to Citi Ready Credit as an overdraft facility other than solely using it as an emergency cash provider.
APPROACH
A rewards-driven online campaign to educate Users on the regular transactions that customers can use Citi Ready Credit for on a daily basis. We got our target audience to understand the benefits of using Citi Ready Credit through an online contest; offering multiple great prizes that encouraged them to sign up.
