CHALLENGE
Kornhill Apartments is a serviced apartment by Hang Lung Properties in Hong Kong. The development has long positioned itself as a family-oriented temporary accommodation for rent, targeting locals who are looking for an alternative space to live in while their house is being renovated, or even expats who are being posted to Hong Kong on a short- to long-term basis. The challenge here is to make these people see Kornhill Apartments as the ideal home away from home.
APPROACH
We worked with client to develop a fully responsive website with Sitefinity CMS, fully fleshed out with a content strategy. Outdated pictures were replaced with fresh ones that were re-shot or sourced from relevant stock image banks.
Copywriting and visual design were tailored and optimised to project Kornhill Apartments as a family-oriented locale. We also went the extra mile to ensure that the website is search-friendly, creating a user experience that is comprehensive yet streamlined.
