It is a business current account specifically developed as part of the Bank’s overall digital roadmap to meet the growing needs of SMEs looking for digital banking solutions to help them grow whilst making day to day transactions fast, easy and readily accessible.

Being one of the first banks to provide a business banking current account with straight-through online application (with eKYC), the application process benefits SMEs significantly as they do not need to queue up any branches to have their documents verified allowing them to get their account opened and ready for business faster.


Our team conducted market and user research to first identify the customers who would be a primary target for the product and interviewed them to understand their needs.

Our research identified Retail/F&B/Business Services/Finance as the most significant SME sectors to target.

The target audience was further segmented into >45 and <45 reflecting their comfort levels with online banking solutions.


The creative concept was built on the needs of small businesses within various sectors to illustrate how OCBC eBusiness’ solutions can streamline their business operations.


We then worked with the client's media agency to ensure optimum delivery of banner messaging and formats for Google, Facebook and Instagram.
